ConAgra Foods, Inc. (ConAgra Foods), incorporated in 1919, is a packaged food company serving grocery retailers, as well as restaurants and other foodservice establishments. The Company operates in four business segments. The Consumer Foods segment includes branded, private label and customized food products, which are sold in various retail and foodservice channels. The Food and Ingredients segment includes commercially branded foods and ingredients, which are sold principally to foodservice, food manufacturing and industrial customers. The Trading and Merchandising segment includes the sourcing, merchandising, trading, marketing and distribution of agricultural and energy commodities.

The International Foods segment includes branded food products, which are sold in retail channels principally in North America, Europe and Asia. ConAgra Foods consumer brands include Banquet, Chef Boyardee, Egg Beaters, Healthy Choice, Hebrew National, Hunt's, Marie Callender's, Orville Redenbacher's, Reddi-wip, PAM and others. In July 2007, ConAgra Foods acquired Alexia Foods Inc., a privately held natural food company.

During the fiscal year ended May 27, 2007 (fiscal 2007), the Company completed the divestitures of its packaged meats business, nutritional supplement business, packaged cheese business, oat milling business and the refrigerated pizza business. In October 2006, Smithfield Foods, Inc. acquired the assets of the branded meats business of ConAgra Foods. The Company's largest customer, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and its affiliates, accounted for approximately 13% of consolidated net sales during fiscal 2007.

In fiscal year 2007 the revenue of the company was USD 12 (EUR 7.6 ) billion.
