50% fewer calories, 100 % delicious
The Enkco Food Group has introduced an innovative branded meat concept into the Dutch retail channel: Fit&Good. This modern, branded concept comprises chilled ready-to-eat meat products, and is aimed at the health-conscious consumer with the slogan ‘50% less calories, 100% delicious’.
Composed of 50% low-fat beef, 25% fresh vegetables and 25% wheat fibres, the new products contain only 6-8% fat (mainly unsaturated), and have half the calories of similar meat products, whilst still maintaining taste. In addition, Fit&Good products contain essential vitamins and minerals, and are enriched with omega 3 fatty acids.
The range is initially available in four international flavour variations: Mexican mini meatballs, Greek rondo, Italian filets and Dutch meatballs, and will also be available for export.
