Aldata will supply COOP Jednota Bratislava, a retail chain in Slovak Republic, with its G.O.L.D. Mobile for In-store Mobility. COOP Jednota Bratislava has chosen the Aldata G.O.L.D. software and U&SLUNO, Aldata’s partner in Central Europe, to supply the system for its three hypermarkets and 23 supermarkets.Aldata G.O.L.D passed the tough selection process for fulfilling all the business and project requirements of COOP Jednota Bratislava. The Aldata G.O.L.D. modules (Central, Shop and Mobile) will assure the key operational issues of COOP Jednota Bratislava such as purchase management including discount and rebate management, management of store formats, promotion control and evaluation, amongst others. The implementation also includes the installation of radio frequency PDA terminals for G.O.L.D. Mobile to enable real-time access to the central system directly from the sales-floor. The implementation project started in February and roll-out is expected to start in the second half of this year.
