Intelligent cart solutions

Gatekeeper Systems will be presenting its complete range of intelligent cart solutions at EuroShop. The CartLock range of coin deposit systems consists of a variety of strong metal locks, and the SystConfort handle can help increase retail sales thanks to the additional advertising space.

Gatekeeper’s CartControl cart containment system includes the patented self-braking SmartWheel which brings the cart to a gradual stop when it reaches the lock zone. On top of this, the new +Wheel offers a robust two-wheel locking solution, designed to prevent even the most persistent thieves.

The standard-sized wheel fits virtually any cart and can be installed in the field or by your cart manufacturer. Carts can be easily unlocked within the unlock zone, or by a simple press on the button of the CartKey. Wireless solutions from Gatekeeper are now also available and ideal for areas such as parking garages, doorways, elevators and unique flooring surfaces where a traditional containment solution has previously not been possible. The signal spans up to 40 feet (12 metres) and no saw-cutting is required.
