P&G presents product with less branding
P&G is introducing a more decorative bottle option for its Febreze fabric refresher line. The new packaging has less branding than traditional Febreze products. Eric Huston, Brand Manager of Febreze, the reason for the change is based on research which showed that the traditional Fabric Refresher bottle was being stored in cupboards under sinks, and in other out-of-the-way places.
"The neutral packaging and compact size of Febreze Decor bottles make them a perfect accent for different rooms in the home, on counter tops, bookshelves, coffee tables and nightstands," Huston explained. "The Decor bottle was created for Febreze lovers who like Fabric Refresher, but do not want the appearance of their home to be compromised when the product is left out after use."
While P&G does not set retail prices, Febreze Decor bottles are expected to retail at about US$2.99 and come in a package of three scents. Visit the P&G website for more product detail.
